YEJ series three-phase asynchronous motors are fully enclosed, squirrel cage type with electromagnetic brakes. Y series motors are equipped with DC electromagnetic brake discs between the fan and the motor end cover. They are a derivative series of the Y series. They are widely used in mechanical equipment and drive machinery where rapid and accurate braking is required.
